For the Rice:

Hot Water 600 milliliters
Unsalted Butter 20 grams (diced)

Instructions:

Prepare the Croquettes:

  1. Hydrate Rice and Bread Crumbs: Combine rice and water in one bowl, bread crumbs and water in another. Set aside.
  2. Prepare Meatball Mixture: Process onion and garlic in a food processor. Combine with ground beef, salt, egg, black pepper, and hydrated bread crumbs.
