Everything Bagel Dip

Everything Bagel Dip

Ingredients:

Ingredient Quantity
Cream cheese, softened 2 (8 oz) packages
Sour cream 2 cups
Grated Parmesan cheese 1 cup
Everything bagel seasoning, divided ¼ cup
Onion powder ½ teaspoon
Garlic powder ½ teaspoon
Salt ½ teaspoon
Fresh chives, chopped 1 tablespoon

Instructions:

  1. Prepare Creamy Base: In a large mixing bowl, combine the 2 (8 oz) packages softened cream cheese and 2 cups sour cream. Use an electric mixer or a sturdy whisk to mix until they are fully combined and smooth.
  2. Mix in Seasonings: Add the 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese to the bowl. Measure out the ¼ cup everything bagel seasoning. Add half of this seasoning (about 2 tablespoons) to the bowl. Also, add the ½ teaspoon onion powder, ½ teaspoon garlic powder, and ½ teaspoon salt. Mix everything together until all ingredients are well incorporated and the dip is evenly seasoned.
  3. Garnish & Chill: Once the dip is mixed, transfer it to your serving bowl. Sprinkle the remaining half of the everything bagel seasoning (about 2 tablespoons) evenly over the top of the dip. Scatter the 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives over the top for freshness and color. Cover the dip and chill it in the refrigerator until ready to serve. Chilling for at least an hour allows the flavors to meld and the dip to firm up slightly.
  4. Serve: Serve the Everything Bagel Dip cold with your favorite dippers such as potato chips, pretzels, bagel chips, pita bread, or a variety of fresh veggie sticks like cucumber, carrots, celery, or bell peppers.
