How to Make Everything Bagel Bits:
Step 1: Prep the Oven: Preheat your oven to 300°F. Line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. This is a low-temperature bake, which allows the butter to soak in and the spices to toast without burning the delicate garlic and onion in the seasoning.

Step 2: Butter the Crackers: Place the oyster crackers in a large mixing bowl. Pour the 3/4 cup of melted butter over the top and toss gently with a spatula or your hands until every cracker has a glossy, buttery coating.
