Eclair Cake

This easy, no-bake dessert layers graham crackers with a light, creamy vanilla pudding and Cool Whip filling, topped with a thick layer of chocolate frosting, mimicking the flavor of a classic éclair.

Ingredients:

| Vanilla pudding mix | 8 ounces |
| Cool Whip | 8 ounces |
| Milk | 3 cups |
| Chocolate Frosting | 16 ounces |
| Graham Crackers | 16 ounces |
How To Make Eclair Cake:
Step 1: Prep Pan and Mix Filling: In a baking pan (13×9 inch), layer the bottom with graham crackers, completely covering the base. In a separate bowl, mix the 8 oz Cool Whip and the 8 oz vanilla pudding mix.

Step 2: Add Milk: Add in the 3 cups milk and mix thoroughly until the filling is smooth and combined.

Step 3: Layer Casserole: Spread half of the pudding mixture on top of the graham crackers at the base. Layer more graham crackers on top of this mixture, then repeat with the remaining half of the pudding mixture. Add a final layer of graham crackers on top.
Step 4: Frost and Chill: Spread the 16 oz chocolate frosting evenly over the entire top layer of graham crackers until fully covered. Place the pan in the fridge for 4 hours or more (preferably overnight) to allow the crackers to soften.
Step 5: Serve: Slice and serve cold. Enjoy!
