Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Meat Mixture: Combine the minced meat, onion, salt, pepper, and egg in a bowl. Mix well until the ingredients are thoroughly combined.
  2. Assemble the Rolls: Transfer the meat mixture to a cling film-covered cutting board. Spread the mixture evenly. Place slices of baked ham and cheese on top. Wrap the meat around the filling, forming a log shape. Wrap tightly in cling film and freeze for 1 hour.
