Instructions:
- Prepare the Candy Mixture: Combine sugar, corn syrup, and water in a medium saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until sugar dissolves. Attach a candy thermometer.
- Boil to Temperature: Cook the mixture, without stirring, until it reaches 250°F (hard-ball stage).
