Ingredients:

Ingredient Quantity
Boneless, skinless chicken breast 3 pounds
Condensed cream of celery soup 1 can (10.5 ounces)
Condensed cream of chicken soup 1 can (10.5 ounces)
Milk 10 ½ fluid ounces
Seasoned cornbread stuffing mix 1 package (6 ounces)
Chicken broth 1 ½ cups
Optional: Diced onion 1/2 cup
Optional: Chopped celery 2 stalks

Instructions:

  1. Boil chicken breasts in lightly salted water for about 30 minutes until cooked through. Let cool, then shred into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  3. Combine cream of celery and cream of chicken soups in a medium bowl. Add milk and stir until smooth.
