Ingredients:

Ingredient Quantity
Crescent roll dough 2 tubes
Salami, sliced thin ¼ pound
Pepperoni, sliced thin ¼ pound
Deli ham, sliced thin ¼ pound
Provolone slices ¼ pound
Swiss cheese slices ¼ pound
Parmesan cheese, freshly grated 3 tablespoons
Basil-flavored pesto 1 tablespoon
Eggs 3
Roasted red peppers, drained and patted dry 12 ounces

Instructions:

  1. Preheat and Prepare the Pan:

    • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
    • Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. Roll Out Crescent Dough:

    • Unroll one tube of crescent roll dough and press it into the bottom of the greased baking dish.
  3. Layer the Meats and Cheeses:

    • Layer the sliced deli meats, starting with salami, followed by pepperoni, and then ham.
    • Add the Provolone and Swiss cheese slices.
    • Place the roasted red peppers evenly over the cheese.
  4. Add Parmesan and Pesto:

    • Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the layers.
    • Spread the basil-flavored pesto over the Parmesan.
  5. Top with Crescent Dough:

    • Unroll the second tube of crescent roll dough and place it over the layered filling. Press the seams together.
  6. Prepare the Egg Wash:

    • Beat the 3 eggs in a small bowl.
    • Brush the beaten eggs over the top crescent dough layer.
  7. Bake the Antipasto Squares:

    • Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  8. Cool and Slice:
