Ingredients:

Ingredient Quantity
Cream cheese, softened 8 oz
Imitation crab meat 8-12 oz
Green onions, chopped 4
Garlic, minced 3 cloves
Soy sauce 3 tsp
Worcestershire sauce 1.5 tsp
Egg roll wrappers 14
Vegetable oil for frying
Sweet chili sauce optional, for serving
Duck sauce optional, for serving

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the filling: In a medium bowl, combine softened cream cheese, crab meat, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix until well combined.
  2. Assemble the egg rolls: Lay an egg roll wrapper on a flat surface. Place a spoonful of the filling in the center of the wrapper.
  3. Fold the egg rolls: Fold the bottom corner of the wrapper over the filling. Fold in the sides, then roll up tightly to seal.
  4. Fry the egg rolls: Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 375°F (190°C). Carefully fry the egg rolls in batches until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Drain and serve: Remove the egg rolls from the oil and drain on paper towels. Serve hot with sweet chili sauce and duck sauce, if desired.
