Ingredients:

Cube Steak 4 pieces

Instructions:

  1. Place a sheet of plastic wrap on top of the cube steak and pound out the pieces until thin using a meat mallet.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, paprika, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Sprinkle the spice and flour mixture on all sides of the cube steak.
  4. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  5. Place the cube steaks into the hot oil and fry for a few minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove to a plate.
