Green bell pepper, sliced 1
White onion, sliced 1
Diced tomatoes 1 can
Sirloin steak, cut into strips 2 pounds
Garlic, minced 2 tsp
Olive Oil 2 tbsp
Hot water ⅔ cup
Beef bouillon cube 1
Soy Sauce 3 tbsp
Cornstarch 1 tbsp
Brown sugar 1 tbsp
Worcestershire Sauce 2 tsp
Salt and pepper To taste

Instructions:

  1. Brown the Steak:
    • Heat Olive oil in a skillet.
    • Add the sirloin steak and sauté until browned on each side.
  2. Prepare Crockpot Mixture:
    • Dissolve the beef bouillon cube in hot water.
    • Whisk in cornstarch and pour the mixture into the Crockpot.
    • Add Worcestershire Sauce, Soy Sauce, and brown sugar to the Crockpot.
    • Stir in diced tomatoes, salt, and pepper.
    • Mix in the browned beef and onions.
  3. Cook in Crockpot:
    • Set Crockpot to low and cook for 6 to 7 hours, or on high for 3 hours.
  4. Add Peppers:
    • After the initial cooking period, add the sliced red and green peppers.
    • Cook for an additional hour.
