🍳 Instructions
- Boil the Pasta
Cook penne in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside. - Sear the Steak
In a large skillet, heat olive oil and butter. Add sliced beef, season with salt, black pepper, and paprika. Sear until browned, then transfer to a plate. - Sauté the Veggies
In the same pan, add onion and bell peppers. Cook for 3–4 minutes until softened. - Add Garlic
