Creamy Chicken Tetrazzini Bake

This classic comfort food combines tender chicken, creamy sauces, and cheesy pasta for a satisfying meal. The crispy breadcrumb topping adds a delightful crunch.

Ingredients:

Spaghetti or fettuccine 12 oz
Chicken, cooked and shredded 4 cups
Cream of mushroom soup 1 can (10.5 oz)
Cream of chicken soup 1 can (10.5 oz)
Sour cream 1 cup
Milk 1 cup
Parmesan cheese, grated 1/2 cup
Mozzarella cheese, shredded 1/2 cup
Cheddar cheese, shredded 1 cup
Onion, finely diced 1 small
Garlic, minced 3 cloves
Mushrooms, sliced 1 cup
Frozen peas 1/2 cup
Parsley, chopped 1/4 cup
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Breadcrumbs 1/2 cup
Butter, melted 2 tbsp

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, combine chicken, soups, sour cream, milk, cheeses, onion, garlic, mushrooms, and peas. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Stir in cooked pasta until well combined.
  5. Pour mixture into prepared baking dish.
  6. Combine breadcrumbs and melted butter. Sprinkle over casserole.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
  8. Garnish with parsley before serving.
