1. Cook the Pasta
Boil bowtie pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
2. Season & Cook the Chicken
In a bowl, toss chicken chunks with paprika, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until golden and fully cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
3. Make the Sauce
In the same skillet, melt butter. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute, whisking constantly to form a roux.
Gradually whisk in milk and heavy cream. Cook until the sauce thickens slightly.
4. Add the Cheese
