Creamed Potatoes and Peas Recipe

Instructions:
- Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Prepare potatoes: Cut boiled potatoes in half and place them in a greased baking pan.
- Add peas: Sprinkle peas over the potatoes.
- Make the sauce: In a saucepan, melt butter and stir in flour, salt, and pepper. Gradually add milk and evaporated milk, stirring constantly until the sauce reaches the desired consistency.
