Instructions:
- Preheat oven: Set your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine ingredients: In a large bowl, beat the eggs. Add milk and crushed Ritz crackers, stirring well. Mix in the chopped onion, shredded cheese, salt, and pepper. Finally, add the ground beef and combine thoroughly.
