Mustard 50g

Instructions

Marinating the Ribs
  1. Drizzle Coca-Cola: Place 2 kilos of pork ribs in a large dish. Drizzle 600ml of Coca-Cola over the ribs, ensuring they are well coated. Let the ribs marinate for 30 minutes.
  2. Flip and Drizzle: After 30 minutes, flip the ribs and drizzle another 600ml of Coca-Cola over them. Let them marinate for an additional 30 minutes.
Preparing for Baking
  1. Season the Ribs: Place the marinated ribs on a sheet of aluminum foil. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  2. Add Sauces: Spread 50g each of ketchup, mustard, barbecue sauce, mayonnaise, and spicy sauce over the ribs. Use a brush to spread the sauces evenly.
  3. Wrap in Foil: Wrap the ribs tightly in aluminum foil, ensuring they are well sealed.
Baking the Ribs
  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
