Step 3: Add the Cinnamon-Sugar: Brush the entire surface of the dough with the 1/4 cup of melted butter. In a small bowl, whisk together the 1/2 cup of granulated sugar and 2 tablespoons of cinnamon. Sprinkle this mixture evenly over the buttered crust.
Step 4: Bake: Place the pan in the oven and bake for 12/15 minutes. The crust should be puffed and golden brown.
Step 5: Prepare the Glaze: While the pizza is in the oven, stir together the 1/2 cup of powdered sugar, 1 tablespoon of milk, and 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla extract in a small bowl until smooth. If the glaze is too thick, add a few more drops of milk.
Step 6: Glaze and Serve: Remove the pizza from the oven and immediately drizzle the glaze over the top while it is still warm. Slice into wedges and serve immediately for the best texture.
