Chicken Quesadillas
Ingredients

Instructions
- Season the Chicken
In a bowl, combine chicken with paprika, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well. - Heat the Skillet
Warm a skillet over medium heat and brush lightly with olive oil. - Assemble the Quesadilla
Place one tortilla in the skillet. Sprinkle cheese over half of the tortilla.
Add a layer of seasoned chicken (and vegetables, if using).
Top with a little more cheese, then fold the tortilla in half. - Cook
Cook for 2–3 minutes per side, until golden brown and the cheese is fully melted. - Serve
Remove from the pan, slice into wedges, and serve warm.
