Ingredients

Chicken breasts, boneless & skinless, cut into 2″ strips 2 lbs
Ham slices 12–15
Swiss cheese slices 12–15
Cream 1 cup
White wine ½ cup
Dijon mustard 1 tbsp
Flour ⅓ cup
Paprika 1 tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Black pepper ¼ tsp
Panko or plain breadcrumbs 1½ cups

Directions

1. Preheat Oven

  • Heat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Grease a baking dish.

2. Assemble Rolls

  • Lay 1–2 slices of ham on a plate.
  • Top with 1–2 slices of Swiss.
  • Place a strip of chicken on top, then roll.
  • Repeat with remaining ingredients and arrange rolls in the baking dish.

3. Make Sauce

  • In a bowl, whisk flour and wine until smooth.
  • Add cream, Dijon, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Mix well until combined.

4. Bake

  • Pour sauce evenly over chicken rolls.
  • Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top.
  • Bake uncovered for 1 hour, until chicken is cooked through and topping is golden.
