Chicken Bubble Biscuit Bake Casserole

Ingredients:

Ingredient Quantity
Shredded boiled chicken 3 cups
Cream of chicken soup 2 cans (10.5 oz each)
Cooked and crumbled bacon ¼ cup
Sour cream 1 ½ cups
Ranch seasoning mix 1 packet
Shredded sharp cheese Half a bag
Junior biscuits 12 ounces

Instructions:

  1. Prepare chicken: If not using rotisserie or canned chicken, boil chicken until cooked. Shred.
  2. Combine ingredients: In a large bowl, mix chicken, cream of chicken soup, bacon, sour cream, and ranch seasoning.
  3. Add cheese: Stir in half a bag of shredded cheese.
  4. Prep biscuits: Cut junior biscuits into quarters.
  5. Fold in biscuits: Gently fold biscuits into chicken mixture.
  6. Preheat oven: Set oven to 350°F (175°C).
  7. Grease dish: Spray casserole dish with cooking spray or brush with olive oil.
  8. Transfer mixture: Pour chicken and biscuit mixture into greased dish.
