👩🍳 Instructions
- Cook the Pasta
Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add pasta and cook until al dente. Drain and set aside. - Crisp the Bacon
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook bacon until crispy (about 10 minutes). Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain. - Sauté Aromatics
Reduce heat to medium. Remove excess bacon grease, leaving about 2 tablespoons in the pan. Add butter and melt.
Stir in diced onion and cook for 2–3 minutes until softened. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute more. - Make the Sauce
Whisk in flour and cook for 2 minutes to form a roux. Slowly add milk, whisking until smooth.
Bring to a gentle simmer, then reduce heat to medium-low. Add cream cheese and stir until melted and thickened. - Add Flavor & Cheese
Whisk in ranch seasoning and half of the shredded cheddar until smooth and creamy. - Combine Everything
Add cooked pasta, diced chicken, crispy bacon, and remaining cheese. Stir to combine and let simmer for 2–3 minutes until heated through. - Garnish & Serve
Top with fresh chopped parsley and a sprinkle of red pepper flakes if desired. Serve warm and enjoy!
