Instructions:
- Prepare the Dough: Combine flour and salt. Cut in butter. Gradually add water. Knead into a ball. Divide into two portions, wrap, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Prepare the Filling: Toss apples with sugars, cinnamon, nutmeg, flour, and lemon juice.
