Ingredients:

Onions, chopped 3
Whole peeled tomatoes, with liquid 2 (16 ounce) cans
Cabbage, chopped 1 large head
Dry onion soup mix 1 (1 ounce) envelope
Cut green beans, drained 1 (15 ounce) can
Tomato juice 2 quarts
Green bell peppers, diced 2
Celery, chopped 10 stalks
Beef broth 1 (14 ounce) can
Water As needed

Instructions:

  1. Combine Vegetables: Place the chopped carrots, onions, whole peeled tomatoes (with liquid), chopped cabbage, drained green beans, diced green bell peppers, and chopped celery into a large pot.
  2. Add Liquids and Seasoning: Add the dry onion soup mix, tomato juice, and beef broth to the pot.
