This classic comfort dish combines creamy condensed soups, cooked chicken, instant rice, and chopped broccoli, baked until cheesy and bubbly.

Broccoli, Rice, Cheese, and Chicken Casserole

Ingredients:

Water 2 cups
Uncooked instant rice 2 cups
Chunk chicken, drained 2 cans (10 ounce)
Condensed cream of mushroom soup 1 can (10.75 ounce)
Condensed cream of chicken soup 1 can (10.75 ounce)
Butter 1/4 cup
Milk 1 cup
Frozen chopped broccoli 1 package (16 ounce)
Small white onion, chopped 1
Processed cheese food 1 pound

How To Make Broccoli, Rice, Cheese, and Chicken Casserole:

Step 1: Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 350F (175C).

Step 2: Prepare Rice: In a medium saucepan, bring the 2 cups water to a boil. Mix in the 2 cups instant rice, cover, and remove from heat. Let stand for 5 minutes.

Step 3: Assemble Casserole: In a 9×13 inch baking dish, mix the prepared rice, 2 cans chicken, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1/4 cup butter, 1 cup milk, 1 package broccoli, 1 small chopped onion, and 1 pound processed cheese. Stir until well combined.

Step 4: Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Stir halfway through cooking to help the cheese melt evenly.
