These light, fluffy 7-Up biscuits are a quick and easy recipe that’s perfect for breakfast, brunch, or a snack. The combination of Bisquick, sour cream, and 7-Up creates a tender and flavorful biscuit.

Ingredients:

Ingredient Quantity
Bisquick 4 cups
Sour cream 1 cup
7-Up 1 cup
Melted butter 1/2 cup

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven: Set your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Combine ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, stir together Bisquick, sour cream, and 7-Up.
  3. Knead and coat: Sprinkle additional Bisquick on a work surface. Place the dough on top and gently knead it, folding it over until coated with baking mix.
  4. Pat and cut: Pat the dough out to about 1/2-inch thickness. Cut out biscuits using a round biscuit or cookie cutter.
  5. Prepare baking dish: Melt butter and pour it into a 9×13-inch casserole dish or cookie sheet. Arrange the biscuits on top of the melted butter.
  6. Bake: Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  7. Serve: Remove from the oven and serve warm. Enjoy with honey, jam, or butter.
