Sour cream | 1 cup |
7-Up | 1 cup |
Melted butter | 1/2 cup |
Instructions:
- Preheat oven: Set your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Combine ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, stir together Bisquick, sour cream, and 7-Up.
- Knead and coat: Sprinkle additional Bisquick on a work surface. Place the dough on top and gently knead it, folding it over until coated with baking mix.
- Pat and cut: Pat the dough out to about 1/2-inch thickness. Cut out biscuits using a round biscuit or cookie cutter.
- Prepare baking dish: Melt butter and pour it into a 9×13-inch casserole dish or cookie sheet. Arrange the biscuits on top of the melted butter.
- Bake: Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Serve: Remove from the oven and serve warm. Enjoy with honey, jam, or butter.
