Biscuits and Gravy with Sausage and Egg Breakfast Casserole

Instructions:
- Preheat oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Brown sausage: Brown the ground sausage in a skillet until cooked through. Drain any excess grease.
- Make gravy: Reduce heat to medium. Sprinkle gravy mix over the sausage, along with 1 cup of evaporated milk and 1 cup of water. Mix and sauté until thickened.
- Scramble eggs: In a bowl, mix together the eggs, 5 oz. of evaporated milk, salt, and pepper. Scramble the eggs lightly in a skillet over medium heat.
- Layer casserole: In a greased 9×13 baking dish, layer ⅓ of the meat and gravy. Top with half of the scrambled eggs. Add another layer of gravy, eggs, and then top with the remaining gravy mixture.
