Taco Stuffed Shells

Jumbo pasta shells are filled with a creamy, seasoned ground beef and cream cheese mixture, topped with more cheese, and baked for a fun twist on taco night.

Taco Stuffed Shells
Ingredients:

| Jumbo Shell Pasta | 8 oz |
| Ground beef | 1 pound |
| Taco seasoning | 1 packet |
| Cream cheese | 5 oz |
| Chopped green onions | 1/4 cup |
| Shredded taco blend cheese | 1 cup |
| Minced garlic | 1 teaspoon |
| Salsa | 1/4 cup |
How To Make Taco Stuffed Shells:
Step 1: Cook Pasta: Boil the 8 oz jumbo shell pasta until al dente, drain, and rinse in cold water to keep the noodles from sticking together.

Step 2: Preheat Oven and Cook Beef: Preheat the oven to 350F (175C).1 Add the 1 lb ground beef to a skillet over medium high heat, and saute until completely browned. Drain excess fat.

Step 3: Season Meat: Mix in the 1 tsp minced garlic and saute 30 seconds more.
Step 4: Prepare Filling: Add the 1 packet taco seasoning, 5 oz cream cheese, and 1/4 cup salsa to the skillet with the beef and stir until the cream cheese is completely melted. Let the meat mixture cool.
Step 5: Stuff and Bake: Stuff the cooked jumbo shell pasta with the ground beef mixture and place it into a well-greased 9×13 baking dish. Sprinkle with the 1 cup shredded taco blend cheese and bake for 15-20 minutes until bubbly and the cheese is melted.
Step 6: Garnish and Serve: Garnish with the 1/4 cup fresh chopped green onions and serve.
