Shredded cheese of choice | 1 cup |
Cream cheese, softened | 8 oz. |
Refrigerated crescent rolls | 2 Cans |

How To Make Sausage Cream Cheese Crescents:
- Step 1: Preheat Oven and Prep Dough: Preheat the oven to 2375∘F (3190∘C).4 Roll the crescent rolls out flat. Cut each triangle in half lengthwise (you should have 16 small triangles total from two cans).
- Step 2: Cook Sausage: Cook the 1 lb. ground sausage in a skillet over medium heat until it is completely browned. Drain any excess grease and let the sausage cool slightly.
- Step 3: Make Filling: Add the cooled ground sausage to a mixing bowl with the 8 oz. softened cream cheese, 1 cup shredded cheese, and pepper to taste. Stir to combine completely.
- Step 4: Fill and Roll: Spoon a small ball of the sausage mixture into the top (widest end) of each piece of crescent roll dough. Starting at the widest end, roll the crescent roll dough over the sausage filling, forming a mini stuffed crescent roll.5
- Step 5: Bake: Place the crescents on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through. Serve warm.
