Mongolian Ground Beef Noodles

This quick and flavorful dinner features ground beef simmered in a rich, sweet and savory Mongolian sauce made with ginger, garlic, soy sauce, and hoisin, tossed with linguini noodles.

Mongolian Ground Beef Noodles
Ingredients:

| Ground beef | 1 pound |
| Ginger paste | 1 tablespoon |
| Minced garlic | 5 teaspoons |
| Beef broth | 1/2 cup |
| Soy sauce | 1/2 cup |
| Brown sugar | 1/4 cup |
| Hoisin sauce | 1/3 cup |
| Pepper and red pepper flakes | To taste |
| Linguini noodles | 1 box |
How to Make Mongolian Ground Beef Noodles:
Step 1: Cook Noodles: Cook the 1 box of linguini noodles according to package directions until they reach your liking (al dente is recommended), then drain well.

Step 2: Brown Ground Beef: Add the 1 lb ground beef to a skillet over medium-high heat and sauté until completely browned and crumbled. Drain any excess grease.

Step 3: Add Aromatics: Stir in the 1 tbsp ginger paste and 5 tsp minced garlic, and sauté for another minute until fragrant.
Step 4: Simmer Sauce: Mix in 1/2 cup beef broth, 1/2 cup soy sauce, 1/3 cup hoisin sauce, 1/4 cup brown sugar, and pepper and red pepper flakes to taste. Sauté for 10-15 minutes on low heat until the sauce reduces and thickens a bit.
Step 5: Combine and Serve: Stir the cooked noodles into the meat and sauce mixture and toss to coat well. Serve immediately, topped with green onions and sesame seeds if desired.
