Four-Ingredient Nougat Bars

White Chocolate Chips 2 packages
Red and Green Gumdrops 1 ½ cups

Instructions:

  1. Step 1: Prepare the Marshmallow Mixture: In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine 2 packages of miniature marshmallows and 2 tablespoons of melted butter. Microwave on high for 1-2 minutes until the marshmallows are soft and puffy. Stir the mixture until smooth and well combined.
  2. Step 2: Melt the White Chocolate: In a separate microwave-safe bowl, melt 2 packages of white chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring between each interval until smooth and creamy.
  3. Step 3: Combine Ingredients: Pour the melted white chocolate over the marshmallow mixture and stir until evenly combined. The mixture should be thick and sticky.
  4. Step 4: Add the Gumdrop Candy: Gently fold in 1 ½ cups of red and green gumdrops until they are evenly distributed throughout the nougat mixture.
  5. Step 5: Form the Bars: Line a baking dish or tray with parchment paper or aluminum foil, allowing some overhang for easy removal. Transfer the nougat mixture to the prepared dish and press it into an even layer using a spatula or your hands.
