Crockpot Christmas Crack (Chocolate Peanut Candy)

Unsalted Peanuts | 16 Oz. |
Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips | 2 bags (12 Oz. each) |
Peanut Butter Chips | 2 bags (10 Oz. each) |
White Chocolate Chips Or Wafers | 2 bags (10 Oz. each) |
Christmas Sprinkles | As desired |
How To Make Crockpot Christmas Crack (Chocolate Peanut Candy):
- Step 1: Layer the Peanuts: Layer the 16 Oz. salted peanuts and 16 Oz. unsalted peanuts in the bottom of the Crockpot and mix to combine.
- Step 2: Add Remaining Ingredients: Add the remaining ingredients in layers over the peanuts, without stirring: the two 12 Oz. bags of semi-sweet chocolate chips, two 10 Oz. bags of peanut butter chips, and the two 10 Oz. bags of white chocolate chips or wafers.
- Step 3: First Cook: Cover the Crockpot and cook on LOW for 2 hours. Do not lift the lid during this time.
- Step 4: Stir: Remove the lid and stir the mixture completely until all the chips are melted and the peanuts are evenly coated in the various chocolates.
- Step 5: Final Cook: Return the lid, and cook for another 30 minutes on LOW.
- Step 6: Drop and Garnish: Drop the candy by the spoonful onto parchment-lined baking sheets or into mini cupcake liners. Top immediately with Christmas colored sprinkles.
- Step 7: Harden and Serve: Let the candy cool completely and harden before serving.
