Ingredients:
| INGREDIENTS | AMOUNT |
| Cream cheese, room temperature | 2 packages (8 oz each) |

| Worcestershire sauce | 1 1/2 teaspoons |

How To Make Creamed Chipped Beef Cheese Ball:
Step 1: Combine the Base: Place the 16 oz of softened cream cheese in a large mixing bowl. Using a hand mixer or a sturdy wooden spoon, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Fold in the 8 oz of finely chopped chipped beef and the 3 chopped green onions.

Note on Salt: Chipped beef is naturally very salty. Taste a small amount of the mixture before adding any extra salt; you likely won’t need much, if any!
Step 3: Shape and Chill: Lay out a large piece of plastic wrap on your counter. Transfer the cream cheese mixture onto the center of the wrap. Pull the edges of the plastic up and around the mixture, twisting the top to seal it and shaping it into a firm ball. Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes (or up to a few hours) until firm.
Step 4: Serve: Once chilled and set, unwrap the cheese ball and place it on a serving platter. Garnish with a few extra chopped green onions if you like. Serve with plenty of Ritz crackers for dipping.
Variation Tip
For a little extra texture and a “fancier” look, you can reserve 1/4 of the chopped beef or some chopped pecans and roll the chilled cheese ball in them just before serving to create a crunchy outer coating.
