Classic Poolside Dip

Ingredients:

Ingredient Quantity
Cream cheese, softened 2 (8 oz) packages
Ranch seasoning mix 1 (1 oz) packet
Red bell pepper, seeded and diced 1
Diced jalapeno, drained 1 (4 oz) can
Black olives, drained and diced 1 (6 oz) can
Fire-roasted corn, drained 1 (15 oz) can
Green onions, diced 1/4 cup (plus more for topping)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare Cream Cheese Base: In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and the ranch seasoning mix. Stir until the mixture is smooth and well blended.
  2. Add Mix-ins: Add the diced red bell pepper, drained diced jalapeno, drained and diced black olives, drained fire-roasted corn, and 1/4 cup of diced green onions to the cream cheese mixture. Stir everything together until all the ingredients are well combined.
  3. Serve or Chill: Transfer the dip to a serving dish. You can serve it immediately, or for a firmer texture and more melded flavors, chill it in the refrigerator until you’re ready to use it.
