BAKED GARLIC PARMESAN FRIES

Russet potatoes are cut into fries, tossed with olive oil and minced garlic, baked until crispy, and finished with a sprinkling of Parmesan cheese and garlic powder.

Baked Garlic Parmesan Fries
Ingredients:

| Large Russet Potatoes | 2 |
| Olive Oil | 2 tablespoons |
| Minced Garlic | 2 tsp |
| Garlic Powder | 1/4 tsp |
| Parmesan Cheese, Grated | 3 tablespoons |

How To Make Baked Garlic Parmesan Fries:
Step 1: Preheat Oven and Prep Potatoes: Heat the oven to 450F (230C). Cut the 2 large potatoes into french fry shaped strips.

Step 2: Toss Fries: Place the potato strips on an aluminum foil lined baking sheet. Toss the strips immediately with the 2 tbsp olive oil and 2 tsp minced garlic, as well as salt and pepper to taste.

Step 3: Bake: Bake for 30-40 minutes until browned and crispy, flipping them halfway through if needed for even cooking.
Step 4: Finish and Serve: Remove the fries from the oven. Sprinkle with 1/4 tsp garlic powder and 3 tbsp Parmesan cheese before serving. Enjoy!

Do not leave your cut potatoes unattended for too long; toss them in the oil as soon as you cut them or they will begin to oxidize and turn brown.

It is recommended to use coarsely grated Parmesan cheese, as it melts and forms a crunchy coat better than powdered cheese.

If using parsley (optional), chop it as small as possible so it sticks well to the fries.
