Sliced ham ¼ pound
Sliced salami ¼ pound
Sliced pepperoni ¼ pound
Sliced provolone cheese ¼ pound
Sliced mozzarella cheese ¼ pound
Roasted red peppers, drained and sliced ½ cup
Large eggs 3
Grated Parmesan cheese ¼ cup
Italian seasoning 1 teaspoon
Garlic powder ½ teaspoon
Black pepper ¼ teaspoon

How To Make Antipasto Squares:

  1. Step 1: Preheat Oven:Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray or butter.
  2. Step 2: Prepare Bottom Layer:Unroll one can of crescent roll dough and press it into the bottom of the prepared baking dish. Pinch the seams together to create a solid layer.
  3. Step 3: Layer the Meats & Cheese: Layer the ham, salami, pepperoni, provolone cheese, and mozzarella cheese evenly over the dough. Top with the sliced roasted red peppers, spreading them evenly.
  4. Step 4: Prepare the Egg Mixture: In a small bowl, whisk together the eggs, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and black pepper until well combined.
  5. Step 5: Assemble Top Layer: Pour half of the egg mixture evenly over the layered meats and cheese. Unroll the second can of crescent roll dough and place it over the filling, pinching the seams to create a solid layer. Brush the remaining egg mixture over the top layer of dough.
  6. Step 6: Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the edges are bubbly. Let the antipasto squares cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes before cutting into squares.
  7. Step 7: Serve: Cut the Antipasto Squares into small squares or rectangles and serve warm or at room temperature. They are delicious either way!

Cook Notes

  • Dough Tip: Make sure to press the crescent roll dough seams together to create a solid base and top layer, which will help keep the filling contained.
  • Egg Mixture: The egg mixture helps bind the layers together and adds richness to the dish, so make sure to distribute it evenly.
  • Cooling Time: Allow the antipasto squares to cool slightly before cutting to ensure the layers hold together well.
