Ground beef | 1 pound |
Yellow onion | 1 small, diced |
Barbecue sauce | 1 cup |
Diced tomatoes (canned) | 1 (14.5-ounce can), drained |
Colby jack cheese, shredded | 1 ½ cups |
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.

- Pour the hot beef mixture over the partially baked biscuits in the baking dish.
- Sprinkle the shredded colby jack cheese evenly over the top of the casserole.

- Serve immediately and enjoy!
