This creamy cauliflower casserole is a delicious and comforting side dish. The tender cauliflower is mixed with a rich and cheesy sauce, then topped with bacon and cheese for a satisfying crunch.

Ingredients:

Sour cream | 1/2 cup |
Garlic powder | 1/2 tsp |

Bacon bits | 1/2 cup |
Casserole dish | 1 (9×13 inch) |
Instructions:
- Cook cauliflower: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the chopped cauliflower and cook until tender. Drain the water and return the cauliflower to the pot.
- Mash cauliflower: Use a whisk to mash the cauliflower until it is finely chopped.
- Add sauce ingredients: Stir in the softened cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and Parmesan cheese. Mix until well combined.
- Add bacon bits: Fold in 1/2 cup of bacon bits.
- Pour into casserole: Pour the cauliflower mixture into a greased 9×13 inch casserole dish.
- Top with toppings: Sprinkle the remaining bacon bits and some shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake: Bake in a preheated 375°F (190°C) oven for 15 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown.
