Ingredients:

Ingredients Quantity
Milk Chocolate 2 x 200 grams
Condensed Milk 1 Tin (395 grams)
Baileys Irish Cream 1-2 Shot Glasses
Maltesers 1 Packet
Vanilla Essence 1 Teaspoon

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Chocolate: Break the milk chocolate into small pieces and place them in a heatproof bowl.
  2. Melt the Chocolate: In a saucepan, heat water over low heat until it simmers. Place the chocolate bowl over the saucepan, ensuring it doesn’t touch the water. Stir occasionally until melted and smooth.
  3. Add the Condensed Milk: Pour condensed milk into the melted chocolate and stir until well combined.
  4. Add the Baileys: Gradually add Baileys Irish Cream, stirring continuously. Adjust the amount to taste, starting with 1 shot glass and adding more if desired.
  5. Incorporate the Vanilla Essence: Stir in the vanilla essence to enhance the fudge’s flavor.
  6. Prepare the Maltesers: Place Maltesers in a ziplock bag and gently crush them into smaller pieces using a rolling pin or the back of a spoon.
  7. Fold in the Maltesers: Add the crushed Maltesers to the chocolate mixture and gently fold them until evenly distributed.
  8. Transfer to a Pan: Line a square baking pan with parchment paper. Pour the fudge mixture into the pan, spreading it evenly with a spatula.
  9. Chill: Place the pan in the refrigerator and chill the fudge for at least 4 hours or until set.
  10. Slice and Serve: Once set, remove the fudge from the pan and cut it into small squares. Serve and enjoy!
