Apple Pie Bread

I’ve always had a soft spot for apple pie, but lately, I’ve been yearning for something that offers the same warm, cozy feeling in a different form. That’s when I came across the idea of apple pie bread and couldn’t resist giving it a try.

Apple pie spice blend | 1 tsp |

Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the Loaf Pan: Lightly grease a 9 x 5 inch loaf pan with cooking spray.
- Prepare the Apples: In a separate bowl, crumble the apples from the pie filling with a fork and set aside.
- Mix the Butter and Sugars: In a large mixing bowl, beat the butter and sugars together until creamy and smooth.
- Combine Wet Ingredients: Add the eggs, crumbled apples, and vanilla extract to the bowl and mix until well combined.
- Mix Dry Ingredients: Sift the flour, baking soda, apple pie spice, cinnamon, and salt together in a separate bowl.
- Combine Ingredients: Gradually stir the flour mixture into the apple mixture until just combined.
- Add Raisins and Walnuts: Fold in the raisins and chopped walnuts.
- Pour Batter: Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
- Bake the Bread: Bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Cool the Bread: Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 15 minutes, then remove it from the pan and place it on a wire rack to cool completely.
