Antipasto Squares Recipe

This recipe is a delicious and easy-to-make appetizer that’s perfect for parties or a weeknight snack. It combines a variety of flavors and textures, making it a crowd-pleaser.

Ingredients:

Ingredient Quantity
Refrigerated crescent roll dough 2 cans (8 oz each)
Provolone cheese, sliced 1/4 lb
Ham, sliced 1/4 lb
Salami, sliced 1/4 lb
Pepperoni, sliced 1/4 lb
Mozzarella cheese, sliced 1/4 lb
Roasted red bell peppers, sliced 1/2 cup
Black olives, sliced (optional) 1/4 cup
Eggs 4 large
Grated Parmesan cheese 1/4 cup
Dried oregano 1 teaspoon
Garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper 1/4 teaspoon

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.

  2. Prepare bottom layer: Unroll one can of crescent dough and press into the bottom of the dish.

  3. Layer fillings: Layer cheese and meats, then vegetables.

  4. Prepare egg mixture: Whisk eggs, Parmesan, oregano, garlic powder, and pepper.

  5. Pour egg mixture: Pour half the egg mixture over the fillings.

  6. Add top layer: Unroll the second can of crescent dough and place over the fillings. Pour the remaining egg mixture over the top.

  7. Bake: Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown.

  8. Cool and slice: Let cool for 10-15 minutes before slicing.

  9. Serve: Serve warm or at room temperature.
