This cozy casserole is a nod to the heartwarming simplicity of traditional Amish cooking — a blend of tender beef, vibrant vegetables, and comforting noodles wrapped in melted cheddar. I first discovered this dish at a charming Amish market during a weekend escape, and it’s been a beloved staple in our home ever since. Perfect for busy weeknights, it’s a one-pan wonder that delivers big on flavor with minimal cleanup.
