Step 2: Melt the Chocolate: Place the 2 cups of white chocolate chips in a heatproof bowl. You can melt them using a double boiler over low heat or in the microwave. If using a microwave, heat in 30-second intervals, stirring in between each burst until the chocolate is completely smooth and glossy.

Step 3: Mix the Fillings: Gently stir the 1 cup of cashew nuts and the 1/2 cup of dried cranberries into the melted chocolate. Use a spatula to fold the mixture until every nut and cranberry is thoroughly coated.
Step 4: Form the Clusters: Using a tablespoon or a small cookie scoop, drop rounded spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet. Space them about an inch apart to form individual clusters.
Step 5: Let Them Set: Allow the clusters to sit at room temperature until firm. If you are in a hurry, you can place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for about 15–20 minutes to speed up the process.
Step 6: Serve or Store: Once the chocolate has hardened, peel the clusters off the parchment paper. Serve them immediately or store them in an airtight container in a cool, dry place.
