If you’ve been waiting to add a new casserole to your rotation, this one might just become your specialty. The Amish Country Casserole is budget‑friendly, hearty, and easy to prepare—perfect for busy routines when you still crave homemade comfort. It’s creamy, satisfying, and versatile enough to use whatever pasta you have on hand. I like penne, but any shape works beautifully. Best of all, it comes together quickly in the oven without much fuss, making it ideal for summer evenings when you don’t want to spend hours in the kitchen.
