This pepperoni pizza bread is a delicious and easy-to-make appetizer or main course. It combines the flavors of classic pizza into a convenient bread format.

Ingredients:

Refrigerated pizza dough 1 loaf
Shredded mozzarella cheese 1 1/2 cups
Grated Parmesan cheese 1/2 cup
Pizza or marinara sauce 1/2 cup
Sliced pepperoni 1/2 cup
Italian seasoning 1 tablespoon
Melted butter 2 tablespoons
Garlic powder 1 teaspoon
Red pepper flakes 1 teaspoon (optional)
Fresh parsley For garnish

Sliced mushrooms
Cooked sausage

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a loaf pan or baking sheet.
  2. Roll out dough: Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle.
  3. Add toppings: Spread pizza sauce, sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese, add pepperoni, and sprinkle Italian seasoning and red pepper flakes.
  4. Roll up dough: Roll up the dough into a log, tucking in the sides.
  5. Brush with butter: Brush the top of the pizza bread with garlic butter.
  6. Bake: Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  7. Add cheese (optional): Sprinkle remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top in the last 5 minutes of baking.
  8. Broil (optional): Turn on the broiler for 1-2 minutes for a crispier crust.
  9. Slice and serve: Let the pizza bread cool before slicing. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with extra pizza or marinara sauce.
