This Pep Dip is a quick, easy, and incredibly flavorful dip, perfect for parties, game day, or a satisfying snack. Combining creamy softened cream cheese with zesty pepperoni and tangy pepperoncinis, it’s a unique and addictive spread that’s sure to be a hit.

Ingredients:

Ingredient Quantity
Cream cheese, softened 3 (8 oz) packages
Pepperoni slices 10 oz
Pepperoncinis, drained ⅓ cup
Italian seasoning 1 teaspoon

Instructions:

  1. Soften Cream Cheese: In a large bowl, add all three (8 oz) packages of softened cream cheese. Mix with an electric mixer or sturdy spoon until it is smooth and creamy.
  2. Process Pepperoni & Pepperoncinis: Place the 10 oz of pepperoni slices in a food processor. Pulse until all the slices are evenly processed into small pieces. Add the ⅓ cup of drained pepperoncinis to the food processor and pulse again until they are well incorporated with the pepperoni.
  3. Combine Ingredients: Add the processed pepperoni mixture to the bowl with the cream cheese. Sprinkle in the 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning.
  4. Mix & Chill: Mix until all ingredients are well combined and evenly distributed. Transfer the dip to a serving dish if desired. Cover the dish tightly and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving. This allows the flavors to meld and the dip to firm up slightly.
