These easy Meatballs with Cheese are made with a mixture of savory seasonings, fresh herbs, and a milk-soaked bread binder, flattened slightly, and finished with melted cheese.

Meatballs with Cheese

Ingredients:

INGREDIENTS QUANTITY
Minced Meat (Ground Meat) 500 gr
Garlic, chopped 1 clove
Shallot, chopped 1
Parsley, chopped 1 tbsp.
Worcestershire Sauce 1 tsp
Canned Tomato Paste 1 teaspoon
Bread Crumbs, diluted in Milk Approx. 1/2 cup
Grated Cheese (for mixing into meat) 2 tbsp
Salt, Black Pepper, Paprika, Cumin, Mixture of 5 Berries, Thyme To taste
Drizzle of Oil (for mixing) 1 good drizzle

How To Make Meatballs with Cheese:

  1. Step 1: Mixing the Magic: In a large bowl, combine the 500 gr minced meat, all the seasonings (salt, pepper, paprika, etc.), the drizzle of oil, 1 chopped garlic clove, 1 chopped shallot, 1 tbsp. chopped parsley, 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce, 1 teaspoon canned tomato paste, the milk-diluted bread crumbs, and 2 tbsp grated cheese. Mix all the ingredients until just combined.
  2. Step 2: Shaping the Goodness: Shape the mixture into balls, then gently flatten them into small patties (like thick burgers).1
  3. Step 3: Frying Elegance: Heat an oil-butter mixture in a large skillet over medium heat. Fry the meatballs until both sides are golden brown and the meat is cooked through (internal temperature 160°F/71°C).
  4. Step 4: Cheese Finale: Grate extra cheese on top of the meatballs at the end of cooking, cover the skillet briefly to melt the cheese, and serve hot.
