Step 2: Poke the Holes: Once the cake is finished baking, let it sit for 5 minutes. While still hot, use the handle of a wooden spoon to poke holes across the entire surface of the cake at regular intervals.

Step 3: Add the Milk: Allow the cake to cool for another 30 minutes (or until it is just warm). Evenly pour the 14 oz can of sweetened condensed milk over the top, ensuring it seeps into all the holes.
Step 4: Cool and Top: Let the cake cool completely. You can place it in the refrigerator for about 1 hour to speed this up. Once fully cooled, spread the 8 oz tub of Cool Whip evenly over the top of the cake.
Step 5: Garnish with Candy: Chop the 4/5 Snickers bars into small, bite-sized pieces. Sprinkle the candy pieces evenly over the layer of Cool Whip.
Step 6: Final Drizzle: Drizzle the top of the cake generously with caramel sauce. Slice and serve!
