Boneless beef sirloin steak 1 lb
Seasoned salt 3⁄4 teaspoon
Garlic-pepper blend 1⁄2 teaspoon
Butter or margarine 2 tablespoons
Frozen bell pepper and onion stir-fry 1 1⁄2 cups
Refrigerated home-style potato slices 1 bag (20 oz)
Shredded American Cheddar cheese blend 1 cup (4 oz)

Instructions:

  1. Season and Cook Beef:
    • Sprinkle 1⁄4 tsp seasoned salt and 1⁄4 tsp garlic-pepper blend on beef.
    • In a skillet, cook beef over medium-high heat until browned (3-4 mins each side).
    • Remove beef and cover to keep warm.

    • Cook for 1-2 minutes until hot.
    • Sprinkle 1 cup of shredded cheese on top.
