Tenderloin or 96% Lean Ground Beef | 1 lb. |
Whole Wheat Bread (Without Crust) | 1 ½ Slices/Shredded |
Vidalia Onion, Chopped | 1 cup |
Egg Whites (Large Eggs) | 3 |
Salt | Pinch |
Pepper | ½ tsp |
Ketchup | 3 tbsp. |
Mustard, Yellow | 1 tbsp. |
Worcestershire Sauce | 1 tbsp. |
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Prep a loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, shredded bread, chopped onion, egg whites, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
- In a small bowl, whisk together ketchup, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce.
